Therapeutic Chinese bodywork for muscles, joints and meridians.

Tui na is hands-on Chinese therapeutic bodywork — kneading, pressing and stretching muscles and joints to release tension, ease stiffness and improve mobility and circulation.
It is often used for musculoskeletal pain and tension, on its own or alongside acupuncture.
In TCM, the same techniques are described as freeing the flow along the body's channels.
A clothed or partially-clothed session of pressure and movement along muscles and joints. Pressure is adjusted to your comfort; some areas may feel tender.
No needles.
