Gentle warming therapy using the heat of mugwort (moxa).

Moxibustion warms specific points or areas using smouldering mugwort (moxa), held near the skin.
The gentle, penetrating heat is used to ease cold, stiff or achy areas and to support circulation and digestive comfort. It is often paired with acupuncture.
In TCM it is described as warming and moving qi and dispelling 'cold' patterns.
Warmth near the skin — a comfortable radiant heat, carefully tended by your practitioner.
There may be a faint herbal smoke and aroma. Tell your practitioner if it feels too warm.
