Gentle, whole-body manual therapy for joints, muscles and fascia.

Manual osteopathic therapy (MOT) looks at the body as a whole — posture, joints, muscles, fascia and circulation are assessed together.
Treatment uses gentle, hands-on mobilization and soft-tissue techniques to ease chronic tension, joint restriction and postural strain, and to support easier movement. It pairs naturally with our TCM bodywork.
Distinct from our traditional manual bone setting (正骨) — MOT follows Western osteopathic principles.
A postural and movement assessment first, then slow, attentive hands-on work; wear comfortable clothing.
Techniques are gentle — most people find sessions relaxing, with a feeling of looseness afterwards.
Most of our practitioners offer this treatment. Specific practitioner mappings are being finalized — in the meantime, you can browse the full team.
