Tzu-Yun (Winnie) Yang is a Registered Acupuncturist in British Columbia and a graduate of the Acupuncture Program at Kwantlen Polytechnic University. She focuses on musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries and movement-related dysfunction — from neck, shoulder and low-back pain, sciatica and tennis elbow to running-related injuries, plantar fasciitis and postural discomfort — and provides care for women's health concerns including menstrual pain, irregular cycles and PMS. Treatment may combine gentle acupuncture with moxibustion where appropriate. With additional training as a Pilates instructor, she brings a strong understanding of posture, movement mechanics and rehabilitation principles, building individualized plans that address both symptoms and underlying contributing factors.
