拥有近四十年妇产科临床经验，主导建立产后康复中心，运用中西医结合方法调理痛经、不孕及 各类盆腔问题。亦擅长产后与更年期调理及盆底功能障碍（盆底高张、尿失禁、便秘等），并在骨盆矫正、体态评估与康复训练指导方面经验丰富。
Helen He has nearly 40 years of clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology. She led the establishment of a postpartum rehabilitation centre and integrates Chinese and Western approaches to support women's health concerns such as dysmenorrhea, infertility and pelvic conditions. She is also experienced with postpartum and menopausal care and pelvic floor dysfunction — including pelvic floor tension, urinary incontinence and constipation — and is skilled in pelvic alignment correction, posture assessment and rehabilitation training.
