Dongwei Li began practising QiGong at eighteen and has kept a daily meditation practice for more than a decade. He emigrated to Canada in 2003 and completed his Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine at Oshio College of Acupuncture & Herbology in Victoria, BC in 2017. He practises TCM, acupuncture, acupressure, cupping, auricular therapy, foot reflexology and yang-sheng health preservation, helping patients find relief from headaches, insomnia, dizziness, stress and anxiety, digestive problems and chronic pain, as well as women's health concerns such as menstrual pain and hormonal imbalance. A Buddhist with an open heart, he leads workshops on self-care acupressure and meditation, and his specialty is infusing meditation into TCM treatment for mental-health concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, insomnia and depression.
